Documentation or certificates for work that has been carried out at the property, such as double glazing, loft or cavity wall insulation should be made available before or during the inspection.

We now provide Energy Performance Certificates which came into force in October 2008. Under the European Energy Performance Directive (EPVD), an EPC is required if you intend to rent or lease your property, or are in the process of selling it, whereby it becomes part of your Home Information Pack (HIP Legislation 2007).
